It is my third favorite movie of the year. It was fantastically witty and smart. He didn't steal the idea and the movie pushed me closer to that viewpoint. I loved every single second.

Bleh. I'm sick and tired of Boston based movies. They. Are. Boring. Someone said this was better than Gone, Baby Gone. Nope. Gone, Baby Gone is better. Great acting in the Town. Terrible, boring, trite and predictable storyline that killed me within those two hours. Why anyone could enjoy it....they like bank robbers. How can you feel sorry for people that purposely torment others to take money?
Eh...popcorn was good.
With Alone at AMC Theater
After reading some highlights of the critics' reviews I was expecting something terrible. God they're idiots. One, it was not terrible. Two, it was fast paced. Three, it was far better than the Town because it actually had a story and characters that were selfish that gave a better reason to care for them than anyone in the Town. And four, even though I knew the ending was coming as it did---I loved it.
Good.

I think that Zac Efron is a great actor. He's the main reason to see this film. But the boy that plays his brother did not do a great job as he should have...had he this movie would have been awesome.

We've seen this movie before. It was like a poor man's Kill Bill [love] and a lowbrow (as if that's possible) Superbad [awesome]. Nothing new....except that girl...she's worth seeing this movie and the only, for me, entertaining factor of this whole film. It was too over the top on purpose that didn't have the Kill Bill awesomeness.
Good.
With Friends at Theater AMC
I've seen the original...what was it? 2 years ago? It was very odd for a film to do this. I agree that there is a double standard with black and white stories. HOWEVER, I laughed hard at this film because it kept true to most of what the original had. But James Marsden stole the show...FANTASTIC. So funny. Better than I expected, but not as good as the original. And the poster does suck.
Woohoo...
With Alone at Theater AMC
It was a good movie idea. Steve and Tina were awesome. The story was a bit lackluster, but they were the show, if only the show just kept up with them.
Alright.
With Friend at Theater AMC
The original was better because the story was better. This one just had to adjust the look not the story. The story worked. They changed the villain. They changed almost everything....the goddesses didn't have a huge part and neither did the princess. It was just a rebuild and it was not good. Though the look was awesome.

I've seen this before. Nothing at all new. Nothing at all interesting. I grew board halfway through. I was looking at my phone a lot. I already panned out the movie and was right every step of the way. Predictability isn't a problem, but presentation is. I could never sit through this one ever again. Annoying main characters shouldn't ever exist. She should NOT win the Oscar. I don't even know why she was nominated. Good job but not great.

Richard Jenkins did a fantastic job. Channing did a better job than his last film. His acting is getting better, but it's not good enough...not yet. Over all it was good, but not as great as other films based on Nicholas Spark's books.

Mel Gibson was good. I think he's a great actor. He might be a crazy person, but that isn't who I judge when I see a film. I think him and Tom Cruise are great actors. I think this film was thrilling. A few surprises happened. It was well worth the time.

OMG....if you are a pot smoker or have had a moment when you smoked pot and thought you had a great conversation because of it.....this will totally be your kind of movie. I find philosophical talk someone trying to suffocate me with their carbon dioxide. It bored me. Nothing that interesting is spouted that I couldn't get from a single comic book with more entertainment and far more value. The animation is pretty neat, though. Because it helps tell the story by shifting during the story.

The one good thing about movies like this is that they put a spotlight of interest on diseases many may have not known existed. Harrison Ford does play a great agitated old man. Right now I'm sick of seeing boring movies, so I'm pleased to see a good one and I'm just going to leave it at that. Whether or not someone else will like it...not really caring.

It's complicated. I read the synopsis and wanted to see it. What the synopsis failed to mention was how churchy it would be. I knew it was churchy because of the theaters it was showing at. I also didn't care if it were. I liked it. I don't like churcy things but the subject matter was something I was interested in. I really, really liked how they handled the suicide letter. It was fantasticly done. It was far more emotional than just reading it. The acting was a little under, but it worked for me. I was pleasantly surprised. And no they did not have How to Save a Life by the Fray. I wish they did, but they never played it. I wonder why? Must have been the cost.
It was good. Had to move because stupid children who had to talk.

I really love Amy Adams. She has this knack to make you feel complete compassion for her situation no matter what that situation might be. She is fantastic in this film. I like the older version better. Less singing did matter because it made it shorter. I did enjoy this one as well because I got to see Captain Jack Harkness ha....I did not know he was in this film. They altered it a bit and I think that it worked, for the most part.

It was over 2 hours and I don't usually like 2+ hour films. I find them to lose steam. I actually like this film far more than I had anticipated. It was quick with the action and slow with the conversation. It worked. The location was so desolate that it was amazing what frame could make beautiful....there were a lot of amazing shots. The fight that the trailer shows the beginning of with Eli stating he won't get that hand back...was perfectly shot. The acting was great. Mr. Washington is great. I love how the "villain" gets his in the end....unusual penitence.

I thought it was beautifully shot in black and white. It looked awesome and it's 29 years later (or 30). The acting was very good. I could never watch this film again, though. The negativity, the anger, the lack of respect from anyone for anyone totally makes it a one viewer. I like movies that are negative when they teach something, but this doesn't teach what I didn't already know.

I was wondering what happened to Ethan Hawke...and look he's in a good movie about vampires that totally slaughters any in Twilight. I like zombie movies far more than werewolf and vampire movies. I thought Daybreakers was pretty darn good. Aside from it being loud and very gory (at times) it was good. I liked the ending though I had figured it out. I think that it almost speaks on a higher level than just a simple movie about vampires. I also like how vampires turned into (what looked like to me) zombie like vampires. That was neat. It was a fun movie and if you really like vampires and not sparkly girly vampires then this will please you.
There were people talking next to us, but they shut up when it started getting louder or the movie drowned them out. One good thing about loud movies.

Michael Cera is awesome in this film. If anyone had any questions about what he can and cannot do in the acting world, this ought to make them think twice of even allowing that to enter their mind. This film has a lot of rejects of normalcy running around doing whatever and it is very entertaining.
It was a good popcorn eating time.

Amy Adams is without a doubt a fantastic actress. She has a knack for making people look at her and have whatever feeling she wants. She has control. But this film is boring, tiresome and totally cliched. It was so boring I was ready to go 25% of the way through. Don't bother. I rarely say that...it's just not worth it.

I hate claymation and stop animation because they are not cool to me. I have trouble with lack of look in a film. Clash of the Titians was good besides the lack in look. The acting was good and the storyline was good. I am looking forward to the remake. I would suggest that those who are moviegoers watch the old one before going off to see the new one. The look will be better, but will the acting?

I like Sandra Bullock in general, but I didn't expect to really like this movie. It was powerful. Especially the scene between the two mothers talking about the child they both care for. I liked her Sassy attitude that makes her a female Dr. House. I also liked that just because a student doesn't have good grades doesn't mean he's stupid.
