It Does The Job
Halloween Kills is really two films morphed into one. At times, this works out great. Unfortunately, there are moments where it really stumbles. If you come to Halloween Kills expecting to see Michael get some more notches in his belt, then you are going to be a very happy individual. Michael goes off in this movie, amassing a ridiculous body count. I have to say, as far as slasher films go, this one is pretty violent. You get your money's worth in that department.
On the other side of the coin, there are just a few too many really stupid points and bouts of awful acting. It's too bad, because it really detracts from a overall pretty solid sequel. Come on guys, you really couldn't do an extra take?
