Meh
It Chapter II is the finale of Pennywise and The Losers. Unfortunately, coming in at a very bloated run time of nearly three hours, it misses the mark. Chapter II is a roller coaster of unevenness, a bad script mixed with some terrible and not scary CGI. In its defense, the first 50 minutes or so are actually the better part of the film. Then it simply was all over for my liking. This is another case of the sequel not showing up. It Chapter II is nothing to write home about.
