The Survivalist is a British post-apocalyptic film that focuses on a lack of food instead of zombies. This movie is not going to be for everyone. The pacing is slow and deliberate in parts and there is many times where The Survivalist is missing dialogue. However, there is a method to all of this. Bleak, intense, scary and certainly not for the average movie goer, The Survivalist is worth the price of admission.
