What We Do in the Shadows, quite simply, was an absolute major find for me. A good friend had recommended this on several occasions. Eventually, I decided to pull the trigger. I couldn't have been more thankful.
WWDITS focuses on a group of vampires in New Zealand. They basically discuss their daily lives and interactions with each other and how they interact with the public. The film is quite funny and even though the comedy will be considered quirky by some, I laughed throughout the film.
These are the kind of films that I really pull for. A small, independent film that was made on a shoestring budget but delivers in every sense of the word. Bravo, folks.
