This is a drama. A bit scary that it shows the future we might end up with.
I didn't really like the actor, and I think that the movie is a bit overrated, as most of the dramas. But this one didn't touch any feelings, or sympathy for the hero, that's why my rating is low.
I'd say that it's worth to watch it once, but not more.
