This film is exactly what I thought it would be. A dumb, cliched riddled unnecessary filled sequel that Hollywood churns out for lemmings around the world. Gru is now a family man, caring for the girls and looking for love. He ends up getting recruiting by Lucy (Kristen Wiig) and the Anti-Villain League to stop a new bad guy who Gru believes to be deceased criminal El Macho. While all of this silliness is going on, Gru also has his hands full with El Macho's son. He's got the hots for Margo. All of this was just too much for me and highly stupid. I'll always love the Minions, but Despicable Me 2 strikes out in a major way.
