Angel, a young intelligent and kind, aims to be a police inspector. Rafael instead is an expeditious, forceful and arrogant policeman. Meanwhile, Miguel and Mateo are part of Group 7, a group of rogue cops ready to do anything to achieve their goals.

Review from the comment
For the 1992 International Expo, 4 plainclothes cops known as Unit 7 are taken to task to rid the city's barrios of drugs, prostitution and any other crime they can. It starts out simple enough, but when one of the cops takes some of the action for himself, the crew become immersed in the crime they were hired to get rid of. Unit 7 doesn't boast a lot of action, but it is a well acted film with some cool actual archived footage for historical effect. I know that this film did well over in its native country of Spain, and I was glad that i got to see it when it played at SIFF.
