Fright Night
It's nice to see a film that holds true to vampire mythos.--no reflections, sunlight kills, holy water, stakes to the heart....vampires are evil.

This film somehow got buried when it came out last year. I have to admit, I wasn't sure what it was trying to prove given that its predecessor is a pretty damn good film. For the most part, this is very much the same film The locale has changed (Las Vegas), Colin Farrell is Jerry this go around, taking over for Chris Sarandon, but he still is on the prowl for fresh meat in Sin City. David Tennant is great as Peter Vincent and steals scenes when he is on the screen. The film is a good time, and deserved better than its fate. I'll take this over any pathetic Twilight bollocks every day of the week.
