On the brink of a midlife crisis, 30-something Mike O'Donnell wishes he could have a "do-over." And that's exactly what he gets when he wakes up one morning to find he's 17 years old again. With his adult mind stuck inside the body of a teenager, Mike actually has the chance to reverse some decisions he wishes he'd never made. But maybe they weren't so bad after all.

Great "another-chance-in-life" comedy.
I watched this movie because I heard so much good things about it. Honestly, I'm glad that I did it. This is one of the funniest movies I've seen for awhile. Especially, Mike O'Donnell's best friend is amazingly funny.
17 Again is basicly a movie about a man that gets another chance to be young again. Mike O'Donnell (Matthew Perry/Zac Efron) was a star on his high school basketball team and decides to throw basketball career away to be with his girlfriend, Scarlett (Leslie Mann), and with a baby they are expecting. Almost 20 years later, Mike's glory days are behind him and his marrige to Scarlett has fallen apart. He stays at his best friend's, Ned's house. Somehow Mike turns back to the age of 17. He might look like a seventeen year old but he still is that same thirty something man. He decides to go back to that same high school and make his life better but only to realize that he might lose the best thing that ever happened to him.
Zac Efron is a wonderful choise to play younger Mike O'Donnell. I think the plot was well made even though it was a bit obvious. All in all, this is a great comedy which can be watched again and again.
