Tom and Hannah have been platonic friends for 10 years. He's a serial dater, while she wants marriage but hasn't found Mr. Right. Just as Tom is starting to think that he is relationship material after all, Hannah gets engaged. When she asks Tom to be her 'maid' of honor, he reluctantly agrees just so he can attempt to stop the wedding and woo her.

Delivered what it promised
I saw the trailer of Made of Honor and decided that I wanted to see the movie. There were many reasons; the cast, the plot and the fact that it was a romantic comedy. Although the movie delivered all that it promised, it didn't deliver anything else. You could really tell how the whole movie goes if you've seen the trailer.
Even if the movie was predictable it was still enjoyable. I laughed many times and the characters were nicely done, although they were a bit superficial at times. Some of the jokes were a little offensive, especially towards the elderly, people struggling with their weight, social outcasts and homosexuals. If you're not in a mood for anything serious and want to sit back to watch an entertaining romantic comedy, I recommend Made of Honor. It's a great date movie, too.
