Seven employees of an international weapons manufacturer are treated to a team-building weekend at the company’s newly built luxury spa lodge. Things quickly go awry as the colleagues find their corporate weekend sabotaged by a deadly enemy.

Just the thought of a director trying to make a movie mixing Horror and Comedy together really scares me! Unfortunately Severance is yet another failed attempt. I can't recall anything in the movie to recommend. Simply put, Severance is no Shaun Of The Dead. Director Christopher Smith describes the film as The Office meets Deliverance. Some parts will make you laugh, but by the end, if anything like my thoughts, you may wonder was it really worth the time?
