Review from the comment
Two wounded soldiers, one Bosnian and one Serb, get stuck in a bunker together in the middle of the Bosnian War. Their comrades sit on opposite sides of the bunker from a ways off, unsure as to who is alive and who is not. Because of this, they are unable to leave the bunker out of fear they will be fired upon. This is the premise of No Man’s Land, the 2002 Academy Award Winner for Best Foreign Film. It’s an interesting parable on how war can be ridiculous and long standing conflict can cause otherwise competent men to turn to blind rage.
