A Head Scratcher
Mile 22 really is a strange film. On one hand, you have some very slick action sequences. Iko Uwais kicking ass and some pretty worthy shootouts make this film worth a second watch. That being said, the dialogue is horrible. I seriously don't understand why Wahlberg was so over the top angry. He's for the most part in movies, pretty decent. I really hated him in this one. For me, Uwais is the standout. It's nice to see Cohan in something different than The Walking Dead. Overall, above average. I'd watch it again for the action.

The Meg could have been a serviceable, summer popcorn movie. The problem with it is the writing. Very sub-par and horrible. Not to mention, it's pretty damn predictable.

These films just keep getting better and better. A great ride full of everything you could ask for. I don't know if there will be another, but I'll see it for sure if it happens.
I'll Watch The Sequel
It's not great by any means, but it is far superior than the woeful Batman v Superman. Margot Robbie is standout as Harley Quinn. Will Smith is not bad as Deadshot, and the rest of the cast: Kinnaman, Hernandez et all make up a nice ensemble.
In my opinion, Deadpool 2 exceeds the original. This film ramps up the merc with a mouth and his wit tenfold. I gotta say, Ryan Reynolds kills this role. He is so dialed in. You can really see the love he has for Wade Wilson. It truly shows. This film has some amazing cameos. You have to keep your eyes peeled. The stingers are legendary. Deadpool 2 had it all for me.
With Loki, Jose, Tracy at Home
A very slick and stylish film. The music blends so great with the film it's like having another group of actors telling the story. Every single person in the movie is great. Edgar Wright really did a fantastic job.

I haven't read the book, so there is some major things that didn't get cleared for the film. It's a shame, because I would have loved it even more. It's a geekfest. With all the easter eggs and pop culture fu oozing from it. A had a blast.
It could have been better
Comparing to the other recently released movies, based on the real facts (like The Darkest Hour), this movie was lacking something. I really admire Meryl Streep, but her character was also a bit quite weak. It was still quite interesting to watch, as I didn't know about this part of the history.
Excellent History Drama
I love biography movies. This is quite well made. I was expecting a bit more about entire World War II, but this movie is only about one event of Winston's Churchill's life. I got a lot of knowledge about this historic figure.

Hard to rekindle the creepiness and dread of the 1st film. This one just suffers from too much stupidity and lack of realisim. Shame on me.
With Loki at Home
An interesting film. It's going to cause a lot of controversy with folks due to the subject matter. That being said, the acting is quite good. Obviously, Issabelle Huppert carries the film throughout. This one had me thinking all day after watching.
