"Committed, citizen-oriented, competent" - Mayor Johannes Größt wants to win over voters with this slogan. But his poll ratings are poor. Größt is stressed, overworked and neglecting his wife Erika. Then disaster strikes: Größt has a car accident and survives seriously injured.
