Two high schooler cousins and their friend discover some kind of artifact that gives them powerful telekinectic abilities. While learning how to use their new traits, the three get close and their appreciation of life improves immensely, albeit if briefly. When the least popular of the trio figures out he can use his powers to lash out at those who have wronged him, he sets out for revenge. Chronicle is a somewhat predictable alternative to your big budget superhero movie. Its still a cool watch though and one of the better movies filmed in Washington State that I can think of.
